OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES & REGULATIONS

1. SPONSOR

This contest is sponsored by Dallas Rides, located at 10917 Indian Trail, Dallas, Texas 75229 ("Sponsor").

2. CONTEST PERIOD

The contest begins on February 23, 2026 and ends when all available entries have been sold or distributed, up to a maximum of 1,000 items of merchandise will be sold. The exact end date will be announced by Sponsor when entry limit is reached.

3. PRIZE

One (1) Grand Prize: 1965 Chevrolet C30 with 12 Valve Cummins Turbo Diesel engine and NV4500 5-Speed Manual Transmission

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $45,000

Prize Conditions:

  • Prize is awarded "as-is" with no warranties, express or implied
  • Prize cannot be transferred, assigned, or exchanged for cash
  • Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize value
  • Winner is responsible for all costs associated with title, registration, insurance, and transportation of the vehicle
  • Prize must be picked up at 10917 Indian Trail, Dallas, Texas 75229. Winner is responsible for all shipping costs if delivery is required
  • Winner must claim prize within 30 days of notification or prize will be forfeited

4. ELIGIBILITY

Contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members of Dallas Rides and their affiliates are not eligible to enter or win.

Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

5. HOW TO ENTER

A. Purchase Entry Method

Participants may receive entries by purchasing eligible Dallas Rides promotional merchandise while supplies last. Entries are awarded as follows:

  • Snapback Hat – 50 entries
  • Trucker Hat – 50 entries
  • T-Shirt – 60 entries
  • Stacked Pack (Hat + Shirt) – 120 entries
  • Hoodie – 140 entries
  • Bonus Bundle – 275 entries

Each item purchased equals the number of entries listed above.

B. Free Mail-In Entry Method (No Purchase Necessary)

To enter without purchase, hand-print or hand-write the following information on a 3x5 card or piece of paper:

  • Full legal name
  • Complete mailing address (street, city, state, ZIP code)
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Date of birth
  • Social media handle (if applicable)

Mail-In Entry Conditions:

  • Limit ONE (1) free mail-in entry per person for the entire contest period
  • All information must be hand-printed or handwritten (no typed, photocopied, or mechanically reproduced entries)
  • Mail-in entries must be received during the contest period (February 23, 2026 through the contest end date)
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, or postage-due mail
  • Mail-in entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be returned

Limited Inventory

This promotion is limited to 1,000 total merchandise items across all product categories combined.

Once all 1,000 items are sold, the promotion will immediately end and no further entries will be issued.

Dallas Rides reserves the right to end the promotion early if inventory is exhausted.

Multiple Purchases

Participants may purchase multiple items (while supplies last). Entries from all qualifying purchases will be combined under the purchaser’s name and email address.

There is no limit to the number of entries a participant may receive, except as limited by available inventory.

6. WINNER SELECTION

One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected via live random drawing conducted by Sponsor. The drawing will be streamed live on Sponsor's social media platforms and will occur within seven (7) days after all entries have been sold or distributed.

The drawing date and time will be announced on Sponsor's website and social media channels at least 48 hours in advance. The winner will be selected from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

Up to two (2) alternate winners may be selected in the event the Grand Prize winner is disqualified, cannot be contacted, or fails to claim the prize within the specified timeframe.

7. WINNER NOTIFICATION

The potential winner will be notified via phone call, email, and/or social media direct message within 48 hours of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within ten (10) calendar days of the first notification attempt.

If the potential winner:

  • Cannot be contacted within ten (10) days
  • Fails to respond within ten (10) days
  • Declines the prize
  • Is found to be ineligible
  • Fails to comply with these Official Rules

...the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected from the remaining eligible entries.

8. WINNER REQUIREMENTS

Before receiving the prize, the winner must:

  • Provide valid government-issued photo identification proving age and identity
  • Sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release
  • Sign and return a Publicity Release (where permitted by law)
  • Complete and submit IRS Form W-9 for tax reporting purposes
  • Provide proof of valid driver's license (if required by state law for vehicle ownership)

Failure to complete and return all required documents within ten (10) days of notification will result in prize forfeiture.

9. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting the prize, winner grants Sponsor the right to use winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, hometown, and prize information for advertising and promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law.

10. LIABILITY RELEASE

By entering this contest and/or accepting the prize, participants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Dallas Rides, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, demands, causes of action, or damages arising from or related to:

  • Participation in this contest
  • Acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize
  • Any injury, death, or property damage related to the prize vehicle after transfer of ownership
  • Any mechanical, operational, or safety issues with the prize vehicle
  • Any accidents, incidents, or damages occurring after prize acceptance

Winner assumes all liability and responsibility for the prize vehicle upon transfer of title.

11. TAXES

Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes on the prize. Sponsor will report the prize value to the IRS as required by law. Winner will receive IRS Form 1099-MISC for the fair market value of the prize ($45,000).

12. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Guarantee of Prize Award: Sponsor guarantees that the Grand Prize will be awarded even if fewer than 1,000 items are sold or distributed
  • No Refunds: All merchandise purchases are final. No refunds will be issued
  • Sponsor Decisions Final: All decisions made by Sponsor regarding this contest are final and binding
  • Rule Modifications: Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms of the contest
  • Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner
  • Force Majeure: Sponsor is not responsible for any failure to execute the contest due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control

13. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, or illegible entries
  • Technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions
  • Errors in contest administration or prize fulfillment
  • Injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer or property related to participation
  • Any condition of the prize vehicle after transfer of ownership

14. DISPUTES & GOVERNING LAW

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from this contest shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Participants agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.
